I suggest Pele, expensive but worth it!
having tasted 3 different types of their coffee, I can say their Grand Domaine medium roast was pretty terrible and the Estate and Private Reserve were decent. Still for the price charged it was not worth it.
So it should tell you when the 100% pure kona is worst than a 30% kona blend.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Please do yourself a favor and choose another coffee company
This merchant is not good anymore. After two weeks of delay due to "back order", they shipped only half of my order and it's now been 2 weeks and they still have not rectified the mistake. It's very hard to get a hold of someone and you always get the voice mail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT.
I should note that I am comparing these coffees to our local Hawaii Kona Coffee shop chain and their 30% blend.
Purchased via their online store. Ordered a 3 x 1lb pack. they shipped it quickly enough and it arrived in decent amount of time. Only problem, they shipped out 3 x 8oz pack. So I figured contacting the customer support we will solve this quickly, get a refund. This took 2 weeks of back and forth and eventually I got my refund. Customer support was really slow in response and took a while to get to an agreement, which should have been straightforward and matter of simple math.
Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from Koa Coffee anymore and will be looking for better elsewhere. Simply not worth the money and hassle. Highly disappointing experience.
Okay customer service is one thing but how about the taste of the product? Everyone whining because their order was wrong, but who cares? Just review the taste! that's what really matters. Idiots!!
