I planned on using them for my wedding and put down a $500 deposit. Plans changed and I asked if, since I already paid a deposit, they could use it towards flowers. I received an email that they preferred to send me a refund. I paid to get flowers elsewhere. My refund never came. They ignored my emails and phone calls. I would’ve work with a company that doesn’t stick to their promises.
